Last 1st November 2017, Kilpatrick participated in Career Café. Promoted by the WU Executive Academy, the event took place in Bucharest, Romania.

Career Café is an event that gives the chance to the alumni of the EMBA to meet with foremost employers and headhunters in one-to-one 10-15 minutes meetings during which they can introduce themselves, receive feedbacks and plan the next steps of their career moves.
Held at Radisson Blu Hotel, the Bucharest event was attended by over 150 alumni who had the opportunity to meet with a strong lineup of companies.
The companies who participated included names such as Vodafone, TNT, Hilti and headhunters like Amrop, Pedersen, Stein, Stanton Chase, Target and, it goes without saying, Kilpatrick who was represented by the country manager of Romania and Greece, Sotiris Karagiozidis.
Boasting an impressive background, most of the alumni who attended had already been middle and top managers of leading multinational corporations and big local players, too.
A variety of different market segments like Banking, Oil &Gas, Insurance, Pharma, TelCo and others were represented by the Alumni of WUEA enabling the company representatives to have very interesting meetings and enhance their knowledge about the interesting development of Romania’s human resources.
